With a career spanning over three decades and featuring diverse roles and responsibilities, Ajit’s banking industry experience covers Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, Trade Finance and IT. His professional journey has seen him excel in multiple leadership roles such as Head of CoE & Domain Specialist at Verisk Advisory, Head of Treasury & Operations at Wall Street Finance, Banking Domain Expert at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Previously he was part of the leadership team at Cosmos Bank, held various roles at IDBI Bank, and was Chief Manager at United Western Bank. Ajit has a passion for Trade Finance and Treasury – evident from his continued association with NIBM’s consulting group, where he mentors new joiners in the Trade Finance and International Banking departments of banks.

With a career spanning over three decades, Naresh has executed communication strategies for a variety of brands. Prior to joining Translab, Naresh successfully led marketing efforts at Clari5 (CustomerXPs). His career journey has also seen him drive brand marketing at technology companies such as Oracle SSI, Ingram Micro and iCreate (Fintellix). Previously Naresh has worked in client account management roles at advertising agencies including DDB Mudra and Euro RSCG (now Havas). Naresh is a postgraduate in Advertising & Marketing from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai.
