Linux Admin

• Excellent experience in RHEL5 and above. Should be having upgrade experience to RHEL 6 and above
• Should have sound knowledge of Sun Solaris OS
• Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure
• Should have experience in Multipathing in Linux
• Experience with Linux servers in virtualized and physical environments
• Familiarity with Linux scripting languages and should be able to automate tasks using shell scripting
• Experience in red hat satellite environment
• Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, etc.
• Proficient with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, etc.
• Ability to build and monitor services on production servers using Tivoli and TEM
• Knowledge of servers and switches
• Knowledge of Commvault tool will be preferred.

Secondary Skill:

• Experience in red hat satellite environment
